About Our Founder
April Needham brings a wealth of expertise and passion to the Women Entrepreneurs Collective. As a seasoned leader in the entrepreneurial ecosystem, April has dedicated years to guiding early-stage tech entrepreneurs and small business owners toward success. Her experience includes strategic advising on core value propositions, business modeling, market feasibility, and business planning. Known for her ability to connect entrepreneurs with vital resources and community networks, April has become a trusted partner in helping businesses build a strong foundation for sustainable growth.

With an MBA from Whitworth University and more than 9 years as a leader in the regional entrepreneurial ecosystem, April’s career is rooted in fostering innovation and economic development. Her experience spans roles in community development, corporate operations, and nonprofit leadership, providing her with a unique perspective on what it takes to succeed in today’s dynamic business landscape.

Outside of her professional life, April finds inspiration in the natural beauty of the Inland Northwest. She enjoys outdoor adventures, exploring diverse cuisines, and immersing herself in new cultures through international travel.
